PSAT Information

PSAT

All 10th and 11th grade students will take the PSAT/NMSQT on October 24th.  The State of Indiana covers the cost for Sophomores and Juniors.  Freshman can take the PSAT as well, however they will have to pay for the exam.  The test will take approximately 2 ½ hours during 1st and 3rd pd.  

 The benefits of taking the PSAT/NMSQT are:

  • Personalized SAT practice on KHAN academy

  • Aligned/similar to the SAT

  • College and career planning

  • Discover AP Potential

  • Entry in the National Merit Scholarship (for Juniors)

  • Provides the opportunity to earn dual credit instead of doing the Accuplacer test.
